We offer both hourly and flat-rate pricing depending on the task. Hourly rates range from $40 to $100.  We charge a 1st hour premium of $125 this covers $85 Service Call Fee and a $40 Trip Fee.  After the 1st hour is satisfied then the price drops to either $40, $50, $60 or $100 per hour.  The $40 per hour rate is for loyalty customers, nonprofits and Veterans.
$50 per hour rate is for privately owned residential not rentals.
$60 rate per hour is for commercial paid upon completion of project.  $100 rate per hour is for commercial or any NET TERMs where we collect money after a certain period of time has passed.
